    Shipping Zones

    Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of order.

    Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 4pm (GMT). We endeavour to despatch all orders on the day the order is placed, however orders placed late on Friday or during weekends and bank holidays will not be processed until the next business day.  Additional charges may accrue if multiple attempts are made for delivery.

    To keep things simple, shipping is broken down into 2 Zones;

    • Zone 1
      • Small sized orders via standard postal with delivery for 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS
      • Larger sized orders via courier with delivery for NEXT BUSINESS DAY, where possible
      • Pallet sized orders via courier with delivery for 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS
    • Zone 2 & Other Areas
      • Small sized orders via standard post with delivery for 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS
      • Larger sized orders via courier with delivery for 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS
      • Pallet sized orders via courier with delivery for 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS

     

    Addresses outside Zones 1 & 2 may require additional charges & 3-5 working day delivery.

  • RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

    WE WANT YOU TO BE COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER, but, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.  All returns require an associated RMA, raised by calling Midland Power Customer Team on 0845 309 0707.  Returned merchandise should be in the original, sealed vendor packaging with original tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.  All non-faulty returns carriage will be your responsibility and an administration fee of 20% will be deducted from any credit applied to your account. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of RMA.

    IN THE UNFORTUNATE OCCURANCE OF AN ORDER SHORTFALL OR ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, your claim must be notified to us IN WRITING, within four (4) working days.  Once verified, we will endeavour to send you any shortfall within 48 hours.  Replacements for damaged or defective items can either be sent once the items are returned to us and an inspection and validation has been completed or, if time is of the essence for you, we can send replacements out immediately, bill you for them and credit your account after the inspection and validation has been completed.

    PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ORDER CORRECTLY, If you are unsure the part or product you want is right for your needs, please call our sales team on  0845 309 0707 to check, BEFORE placing your order as non-stock special orders are non returnable and any items being returned to stock as a result of being ordered in error, must be returned, with a valid RMA, un-used, sealed in the original packaging, will be your responsibility and expense to courier back to us and will incur a 20% administration fee, deducted from any credits applied to your account.  We can only accept returns within 30 days of invoicing.

    IF WE MAKE A MISTAKE,  We will endeavour to rectify our error in a timely manner.  Please notify us as soon as possible, to allow us to investigate what went wrong and fix the problem as soon as we can. If we need an item returning, we will provide you with an RMA and arrange collection at our expense.
